  • 14.79 ml honey
  • 14.79 ml ginger, finely minced
  • 14.79 ml sriracha hot sauce or 14.79 ml other Asian chili sauce
  • 14.79 ml lime juice
  • 4.92 ml sesame oil
  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 236.59 ml panko breadcrumbs

Directions

  1. wisk together first 5 ingredients until smooth.
  2. marinate tilapia filets in sauce for 2 minutes.
  3. remove from marinate and press into panko breadcrumbs on both sides panko will adhere loosely to the fish, so just press breadcrumbs loosely to surface and gently place on a broiler pan that has been misted with cooking spray, a light coating of cooking spray on top of the filets.
  4. broil for 5 minutes.
