  1. Pat fish dry.
  2. In small bowl mix together the garlic, garam masala, chili powder, turmeric, salt, oil and lemon juice.
  3. Baste the fish evenly all over with mixture.
  4. Grill fish for 10 minutes basting often.
  5. Serve hot.
