Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 12 lbs hamburger meat
  • 1 (8 ounce) package ranch dressing mix (the small size)
  • 1 cup pepper sauce (I use-Louisiana brand)
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • lettuce
  • tomatoes, slices
  • purple onion, sliced
  • hamburger bun
  • 1 -2 jalapeno, minced (optional)

Directions

  1. Mix hamburger meat with the small package of ranch dressing.
  2. Cook hamburger like you would normally cook them. To your doneness.
  3. To make the sauce, melt the butter with 1 cup of Louisiana red sauce. Add jalapenos if you are using them.
  4. Serve burger with the lettuce, tomato, and onion slices. Drizzle the sauce over top of burger.
  5. Serve with plenty of napkins!
