  1. Dice cabbage, green pepper, red pepper, jalapenos, and onion.
  2. Place in large bowl.
  3. In small bowl mix together salt, sugar, oil, vinegar, and water.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Pour over cabbage, peppers, and onions and mix thoroughly.
  6. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  7. Before serving, mix well.
