Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 iceberg lettuce, washed, quartered
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 12 cup shredded cooked chicken (optional)
  • 12 onion, chopped
  • 12 teaspoon red chili pepper flakes or 12 teaspoon red pepper, chopped fine

Directions

  1. Fry turkey bacon; drain.
  2. If using chicken; add to pan.
  3. Break or crumble bacon into small pieces & add back to pan with chicken.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon light oil and add chopped onion & red pepper flakes or chopped red pepper. Sauté 5 minutes.
  5. Serve toppings over lettuce wedge with blue cheese dressing, parmesan croutons.
