Spicy Linguini.........cheap, Easy, and Much Healthier Than Most

- 16 ounces salsa (HERNANDEZ "HOT" SALSA, or mild for less spicy)
- 1⁄4 cup garlic clove
- 1 1⁄2 cups white wine, any kind
- 8 ounces clam juice
- 1 pint heavy whipping cream (or any whipping cream)
- 1 lb linguini noodles
directions
- In a "BIG" pan place a little bit of olive oil, and mince all of your GARLIC CLOVES and saute them, but make sur ethey dont burn just saute them lightly. Then pour all of your HERNANDEZ HOT SALSA,1 1/2 cups of WHITE WINE and your CLAM JUICE all in the pan with your garlic and mix it. then turn ur heat up just where it simmers. Let it simmer until the wine boils out, like 30 minute while its simmering cook your noodles and when noodles are done just put a side. When most of the wine boils out turn the heat down a little bit and then pour your 1 pint of HEAVY WHIPPING CREAM in and stir constintly so it doesnt curdle. keep simmering whipping until your sauce gets thickness you want, REMINDER -- your sauce will thicken as it cools put almost all the 1 lb of noodles in the sauce and let it lightly cover all the noodles. and then your done! you can add shrimp to this which is GREAT or whatever you would like. make it your own recipe. hope you all like it. :).
