Directions

  1. Make the dip: whisk together all the ingredients and set aside.
  2. Combine the meatball ingredients in a bowl. Using your hands, roll the mixture into little balls.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the meatballs, in batches, over a medium heat for 5 mins or until browned, firm and cooked through.
  4. Serve warm with the dip.
