Spicy Mocha Cream

"This is a tasty drink recipe from Rachael Ray. This is kind of like a chocolate version of a kahlua and cream with a slight kick from the cinnamon and chili powder. I used McCormick's new Cocoa Chile Blend, from its Gourmet Collection, for this drink. The chili powder is not intense at all. I sometimes use Mountain Dew if I don't always have seltzer water on hand."

  1. The taste is so good and I used less chocolate syrup after seeing the comment of Kim. I didn't want it too sweet. Next time I'll omit the cinnamon. Thanks Lainey :) Made for Holiday tag game

  2. This was such a different drink! I loved the Kahlua and chocolate togeter though it was rather sweet. I would cut down on the amount of chocolate maybe. The seltzer adds a rather odd, but good, sparkle to this drink. The cinnamon and chili flavors were very subtle but nice!
