2 tablespoons ground oregano
¹⁄₃ cup salt, to taste
¹⁄₄ cup garlic granules
¹⁄₄ cup fresh ground black pepper
¹⁄₃ cup cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons ground thyme
¹⁄₃ cup sweet paprika
3 tablespoons onion powder

directions

Mix all ingredients well.
Store in air tight container until needed.
Sprinkle the spices generously on the item and throughly rub it in before grilling.
