Yumm!! What a great recipe! Nice to simmer the vegetables in the orange juice sauce rather than more oil. Great taste! I added just a smidgeon of chili garlic oil (1/2 tsp.) to give it some heat but it was so awesome. DH loved it. I'm sure we'll be making this again soon. (Used chopped cashews on top as a garnish 'cuz that's what I had.) Delicious!

Delicious! I put in broccoli and cauliflower instead of mushroms and pea pods and used rice vermicelli instead of rice since I had some leftover and just mixed it right into the dish so it could soak up the sauce. We liked it as is, but LOVED it when we added some sriracha hot sauce to it. Made for PAC Spring '10.
