ingredients
- 1⁄2 lb spicy sausage
- 1 cup pasta sauce
- 1 (10 ounce) can Rotel tomatoes & chilies
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1⁄4 cup grated parmesan cheese
directions
- Crumble sausage into skillet and cook until no longer pink.
- Drain sausage well and wipe out skillet.
- Return sausage to skillet and add pasta sauce, rotel, and garlic.
- Simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in parmesan cheese.

Although I usually use either mild or sweet Italian sausage, or a combination of both when making pasta sauce, I did follow your recipe right on down & included the spicy stuff this time! We were very pleasantly surprised at how well we enjoyed it, too! Definitely something I'll be happy to make again & again! Thanks for sharing this simple recipe!
