  • Crumble sausage into skillet and cook until no longer pink.
  • Drain sausage well and wipe out skillet.
  • Return sausage to skillet and add pasta sauce, rotel, and garlic.
  • Simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in parmesan cheese.

  1. Although I usually use either mild or sweet Italian sausage, or a combination of both when making pasta sauce, I did follow your recipe right on down & included the spicy stuff this time!
