  1. Cook seasoned pork approx 4 minutes on each side in lightly greased saute pan.
  2. Transfer pork to platter, keep warm.
  3. In same skillet add green onions and snow peas, saute for 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in garlic and ginger, cook 1 minute.
  4. Return pork to pan. Meanwhile mix remainder of ingredients in bowl with 3/4 cup water (or stock). Pour mixture in skillet, heat until boil.
  5. Serve with steamed rice.
