  • Cook seasoned pork approx 4 minutes on each side in lightly greased saute pan.
  • Transfer pork to platter, keep warm.
  • In same skillet add green onions and snow peas, saute for 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in garlic and ginger, cook 1 minute.
  • Return pork to pan. Meanwhile mix remainder of ingredients in bowl with 3/4 cup water (or stock). Pour mixture in skillet, heat until boil.
  • Serve with steamed rice.

  1. Made for Fall PAC '07. This will most definitely be in my list of recipes to make on a regular basis. It was great, the only thing I did different was to cut the pork up in to bite-size pieces. My DD has braces and cutting meat up like this prior to cooking makes it easier for her to eat. Anyway.......thanks Katie for the great recipe!
