  1. Combine the butter and oil in a large skillet and heat on medium flame till the butter melts.
  2. Add nuts.
  3. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
  4. Add red pepper or chilli pepper and cook, stirring, for another 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Drain on a paper towel.
  7. Cool.
  8. Store in airtight containers.
