  1. Wash potato and pat dry.
  2. Cut unpeeled potato into 8 wedges.
  3. Sprinkle wedges with salt, pepper, and chili powder.
  4. Line a small baking pan with foil, shiny side down.
  5. Grease foil with vegetable oil.
  6. Place wedges on foil.
  7. Bake at 400 F for about 30- 35 minutes, or until tender.
  8. Serve with Ranch Dressing for dipping.
