Yields:: 1 2/3 cups

ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise
¹⁄₃ cup ketchup
¹⁄₂ cup horseradish
1 garlic clove, pressed
1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce
1 teaspoon paprika

directions

Combine all ingredients.
Creole mustard can be substituted for the horseradish (or you can use a combination of the two).
Chill for about 1 hour.
Serve with seafood.
