  1. Saute the onion and pepper in the oil until tender. Stir in the rice and broth, cover and simmer for 20mins until the rice is tender.
  2. Stir in the sausages and salsa and simmer uncovered over a medium heat for a further 5mins or until hot. Serve in bowls.
