Ingredients Nutrition
- 2 1⁄2 tablespoons tamari
- 2 1⁄2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 1⁄2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons peanut oil
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 1 tablespoon hot Chinese chili paste
- 1 tablespoon chopped pickled ginger
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 10 ounces curly chinese noodles, cooked, rinsed, and drained
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
Directions
- Combine the first ten ingredients. Add green onions to the mixture and let stand while the noodles are prepared. To finish, combine noodles, sesame seeds and sauce.
