  1. A day or two before mix BBQ sauce ingredients together simmering for about an hour. When cooled place in lidded jar and refrigerate.
  2. Day of BBQ: mix marinade ingredients, add shrimp and let marinate for at least 2 hours. longer is better if you have the time.
  3. grill over med heat for 8 - 10 minutes or until done. Turn 1/2 way through cooking.
  4. serve with sauce.
