Spicy Spears

"An easy, healthy alternative to french fries. This is basic recipe, but feel free to test it out with your favorite spices and potatos and toppings for a custom version! I've added sweet potato to up the nutrition value and the tinest bit of delicious cheese. NOTE: The amount of potatos used are an average of what two people eat as a side dish."

  • Preheat Oven to 350 and line a baking sheet with tin foil.
  • Slice potatos into bite sized wedge pieces and place into large bowl.
  • Add oil, and spices to bowl and toss with clean hands, or a utensil of you like best.
  • Spread evenly on baking sheet and and bake for 15-20 minutes. Turn once and bake additionally for 15 minutes, or until egdes are crisp.
  • Remove from oven and top with cheese.
