  1. Good idea for canned tuna. I added more garlic, some fish sauce, reduced soy sauce to two tbs, turmeric and coated in corn flour. Good Idea!

  2. This was a very good recipe but I think it was overpowered by the curry. The next time I make I will definitely cut the curry in half. I chose to bake mine rather than fry just to cut down on fat otherwise I followed the recipe exactly. I served mine on rolls with tarter sauce, watercress, red onion and tomato and everyone enjoyed them.

  3. My husband was not over excited by the thought of this recipe...but he loved them. They were spicy and crispy on the outside. Served with spicy tartar sauce.

  4. Very good! but the heat is a bit overpowering- maybe half the cayenne next time. This recipe makes a LOT. Also might be useful to use solid tuna, as the texture will be less mushy. Thanks for sharing!

  5. Very good! Because of lack of some things I used Mayonnaise, and cracker crumbs instead of bread crumbs and coated in Panko before frying. Delicious!

  2. I love this recipe I did however tweak it a lil. Instead of doing the miracle whip used mayo. Omitted the tabasco and the red curry and used fresh jalapenos instead. And i rolled the patties in more bread crumbs since I had corn starch not meal and they came out delicious. my husband said that this is a keeper.

  3. I made this on friday and it was terrific. One of the reviehe patties are so juicy and flavorful, they dont need a sauce on top, and they were right. I did however enjoy this with a little egglplant salad (baba ganoush). A couple modifications I made: I used matzoh meal instead of cornmeal, regular mustard instead of dijon, and mayo - not Miracle Whip. I also used paprika instead of the cayenne, and skipped the Old Bay sauce (never heard of it..but used crushed bay leaves instead...bad idea!) and skipped the tabasco sauce cuz we didnt have any. They still turned out good. My one caution is they are very greasy to make and need a lot of oil.
