Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to directions.
  2. Mince garlic and chop shallot. Add oil to a saucepan over medium heat and saute garlic and shallots until browned.
  3. Add ground turkey and salt and separate into small pieces.
  4. Add tomatoes and chicken stock.
  5. Add pepper flakes, roasted peppers, capers, and parsley. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Pour sauce over pasta and serve.
