  • Preheat the grill for high heat.
  • In a bowl, mix the ground turkey, garlic, ginger, chile peppers, red onion, cilantro, salt, soy sauce, black pepper, paprika, mustard, cumin, and Worcestershire sauce. Form the mixture into 10 burger patties.
  • Lightly oil the grill grate. Place turkey burgers on the grill, and cook 5 to 10 minutes per side, until well done.

  1. These were packed full of flavor! I cut back on the cumin. I also lightly brush olive oil on all turkey burgers before grilling. A keeper!

  2. This was amazing! I didn't have all the ingredients and wish I did. I left out cilantro and onion. Next time, I'll make sure I have everything, it was so tasty! Thanks for posting this.
