  1. Combine flours and towel dried spinach and make pasta according to manufacturers instructions. Hang on drying rack or over kitchen chairs to dry. Boil wet or dried noodles 9 minutes and drain. Melt butter in saucepan and combine water, milk, and sauce mix. Bring to a boil, then simmer on low 5 minutes. Pour sauce over cooked pasta and enjoy!
