I used this recipe as a starter a couple of weeks ago and OMG!! My family absolutely loved it. I omitted the bacon (personal taste) and I only used 1 bag of spinach. I replaced the other bag with 1 pound of ground beef which I seasoned with Tastefully Simple's Garlic Garlic seasoning. These shells were absolutely amazing with the alfredo sauce. Thanks for a TERRIFIC base recipe.
