  1. This was delicious, love that is doesn't use mayo. I made it for a family party everyone loved it and demanded I make it again for the next one. I used a hand mixer so everything was well blended and smooth. I have used a couple other recipes for this dip in the past, but this is the best I have made. Thanks for sharing!

  2. I served this at a new year's party in a round pumpernell bread bowl. I added a little bit (about 1/4 tsp) of cayenne pepper for a little extra zing! It turned out very good! The bowl was ripped to crumbs and shreds by the end of the night!

  3. DELICIOUS! I served this at our New Years party with wheat thins, tricuits and melba toast, everybody LOVED it! Even the BF who doesn't like Spinach and Artichoke Dip ate it! I add an extra clove of grlic and a 1/2 tsp of crushed red peppers for some extra kick. Makes much more than four servings. I served this to 10 people and still had two cups of it left at the end of the night. Thanks for the great recipe!

  4. Looooooove it but I use 3/4 cup of sour cream for it isn't as thick yummy!!!

  5. This was a STRONG tasting dip. Which is a good thing. We served it with melba toast and it went pretty fast. I think that regular chips might have broken if I had tried to get them through this tasty dip, however. Just watch it. This IS a heavy, greasy dip, but I loved the strong taste.

HI my name is Melanie and I currently reside in Carnation, WA. After people learn this the usual question is "where in Carnation is that?" haha very funny! I am attending college right now working very hard to be accepted into an RN program. Competition is fierce but I am holding my own. I am an avid reader.. I always have a book with me. I love to crotchet and I am crazy enough to enjoy counted cross stitch. I am also known to frequent kareoke bars and stink up the joint with my tunes. In the last few years I have really gotten into cooking and baking. I have only had a few disasters so I guess that's pretty good!
