  1. Thaw spinach, melt butter, let cream cheese soften, drain artichoke hearts and spinach.
  2. Chop onion.
  3. Mix together all ingredients thoroughly, except monterey jack cheese (which goes on top).
  4. Bake at 375 degrees until cheese is melted as you like it.
