- 1 small onion
- 4 ounces sour cream
- 0.5 (4 ounce) box cream cheese (softened)
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts
- 1 (10 ounce) box chopped spinach (thawed)
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1⁄2 cup butter, melted
- 1⁄3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 4 ounces monterey jack shredded cheese
directions
- Thaw spinach, melt butter, let cream cheese soften, drain artichoke hearts and spinach.
- Chop onion.
- Mix together all ingredients thoroughly, except monterey jack cheese (which goes on top).
- Bake at 375 degrees until cheese is melted as you like it.
