  • in a heated skillet sauté onion and garlic until translusant.
  • add ground turkey salt and pepper and cook through.
  • add spinach tomatoes ketchup and heat through.
  • serve hot over cooked white rice.

<p>I am a busy mom of four cool, wonderful cute children/ full time college student.
