  1. We really liked this dish, I used frozen chopped spinach instead of canned and it turned out great. Definite keeper!!!Also turns out great using the flavored cream cheese like the one with garden vegetables or the one with chives. Make sure the cream cheese is softened before mixing it up otherwise you'll have lumps of cream cheese.

  2. I made this last night to go with a roast beef and it was simply sinful! I can not tell you how good this was, creamy decadent goodness, my entire family liked this recipe including spinich hating freaks. I will make this many mnay times. I could eat this just by itself!

  3. Wow. That is about all there is to say. This dish is so mouth watering delicious! My fiance and I were fighting over it. I tasted it before it was cooked and it was great. It is so easy! Thank you so much for the great recipe!

  4. Mary, this was lovely ! the taste was smooth and flavourful. I can't get any "cans of cream of.." here so blended 4 sticks of celery to a pulp and added it to substitution recipe #57287 and it really worked well... I also blended and added one small onion. The flavour is the best of all the spinach recipes I have in my cookbooks so far. And another hit dish for when the vegetarian In-Laws come around. Please see my rating system.. a well deserved 5 stars :) Thanks !!!
