ingredients

1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach
1 ¹⁄₂ teaspoons instant minced onion
¹⁄₈ teaspoon pepper
¹⁄₃ cup yogurt
1 tablespoon milk
1 tablespoon butter, softened

directions

1. preheat oven to 325 degrees thaw spinach squeezing to drain it thoroughly.
2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and spoon into an ungreased small casserole.
3. Cover and bake 30-40 minutes.
