Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (6 1/2 ounce) package cream cheese with garlic and herbs
  • 12 cup packed torn stemmed spinach
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (17 ounce) packagefrozen puff pastry sheets, thawed
  • sweet and sour sauce (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400º. Combine cheese, spinach, and pepper in small bowl and mix well.
  2. Roll out each sheet of puff pastry into 12" square on a lightly floured surface. Cut each square into 16 (3") squares.
  3. Place about 1 tsp cheese mixture in centre of each square. Brush edges with water, and bring together over filling, twisting lightly to seal. Fan out corners of puff pastry.
  4. Place 2" apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake 13min or golden. Serve warm with sweet and sour sauce if desired.
