Spinach Dip in a Bread Basket

"Make sure to squeeze the spinach very dry so the dip isn't watery. Finely chopped spring onions (scallions) are a nice addition if you like them."

  • Slice a lid off the top of the bread and scoop out the inside. Tear the inside bits into bite sized pieces.
  • Mix together the remaining ingredients and put into the hollowed out bread.
  • Serve on a plate surrounded by the bread pieces for dipping.

  1. I was after a recipe that a friend had made just like this but this didnt taste the same to me although was very good just a little strong in flavour. I added the green onions to mine and might try adding another half cup of sour cream next time and then it should be perfect. I forgot to take a picture but it looked great! TY Frickers Mum
