¹⁄₂ lb ground turkey breast
¹⁄₂ lb lean ground beef
¹⁄₂ cup chopped onion
1 (10 ounce) package chopped spinach
1 (10 ounce) can 98% fat free condensed cream of celery soup
8 ounces reduced-fat sour cream
1 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
¹⁄₂ teaspoon garlic powder
¹⁄₂ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried basil

directions

Heat oven to 350°F Coat 8x11 baking dish with cooking spray.
Heat skillet coated with cooking spray. Cook meats, onion 6 minutes; drain. (Pour into a colander and dump 4 cups of very hot water over it to remove even more fat).
Microwave spinach according to package. Squeeze dry.
Mix soup, sour cream, 3/4 of cheese, garlic powder, salt, basil. Add meat, spinach.
Spoon into dish; bake 20 minutes.
Top with remaining cheese; bake 10 minutes.
