  • In a wok, fry the garlic together with the ginger for 1 minute
  • Prepare the mixture by combining ¾ cup water, 2 teaspoons minced garlic, ½ lemon juice, ½ teaspoons salt and 3 teaspoons all-purpose flour
  • Add the spinach and stir-fry for 1 minute then add the mixture
  • Add the sliced Shiitake Mushrooms and simmer for 1 minute.
  • Add the diced Firm Tofu.
