- 8 ounces lasagna noodles
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 (16 ounce) container ricotta cheese
- 1⁄2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed and the water squeezed out of it
- 1 egg
- 1 (16 ounce) jar alfredo sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1⁄2 cup parmesan cheese
directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Cook the lasagna noodles in a large pot of boiling water with olive oil and salt until al dente. Drain.
- Mix the ricotta, 1/2 cup of Parmesan, spinach, and egg together.
- Put a little of the Alfredo sauce in the bottom of a 6 x 9 inches baking dish.
- Place a layer of lasagna noodles over the sauce. Cover this with half the spinach-ricotta mixture, then Alfredo sauce, then another layer of noodles, the rest of the spinach-ricotta mixture, the rest of the Alfredo sauce, then cover with lasagna noodles.
- Over this sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and then the 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for 15 more minutes.
- Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
