  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Cook the lasagna noodles in a large pot of boiling water with olive oil and salt until al dente. Drain.
  • Mix the ricotta, 1/2 cup of Parmesan, spinach, and egg together.
  • Put a little of the Alfredo sauce in the bottom of a 6 x 9 inches baking dish.
  • Place a layer of lasagna noodles over the sauce. Cover this with half the spinach-ricotta mixture, then Alfredo sauce, then another layer of noodles, the rest of the spinach-ricotta mixture, the rest of the Alfredo sauce, then cover with lasagna noodles.
  • Over this sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and then the 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Remove foil and bake for 15 more minutes.
  • Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
