Directions

  1. Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions; drain.
  2. In a bowl, combine eggs, cheeses, spinach, salt and pepper.
  3. Spread 1/3 c cheese mixture over each noodle and carefully roll up.
  4. Pour 1 cup spaghetti sauce into an ungreased 9 x 13 dish.
  5. Place rolls, seam side down, over sauce.
  6. Bake, uncovered, at 375 for 20-25 minutes or until heated through.
