“I love spinach as you can see! :) So try different stuff with it as I buy a whole load of the green when I go shopping. My family complains as spinach will appear on the menu in different forms for days together. But those are my days then and I AM providing them with good nutrition am I not !!!!   1. In a nonstick skillet heat oil;and cook the onion and garlic over medium-high heat, stirring now and then until onions turn translucent.
  2. Add spinach, parsley, seasoning, and red pepper and cook, stirring occasionally, until spinach is heated through.
  3. Season to taste.
  4. Take off the fire and let it lower in temperature.
  5. Then stir in the cheese.
  6. Preheat oven to 425 F/220 C.
  7. Roll pizza dough into a 16x12 inches rectangle.
  8. Spread the spinach mixture evenly over dough, leaving a 1 1/2 inch border around edge of dough.
  9. Roll dough over spinach from the 12 inch side of the rectangle, to enclose filling; seal the edges by pressing dough together.
  10. Grease nonstick baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray and arrange roll, seam side down, on sheet.
  11. Brush egg/egg substitute/milk over roll and bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
  12. (Bake sesame seeds over the rolls for a change before baking.) Cut roll into 20 equal slices.
