Spinach Puff

ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1⁄4 cup butter
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 (10 ounce) boxes frozen spinach (regular or chopped)
- 1⁄2 - 1 teaspoon salt (to taste)
directions
- Thaw& drain spinach; squeeze out moisture.
- Mix all ingredients and pour into greased 8x8 pan.
- Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until lightly browned.
