- 1 banana
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 (650 g) container non-fat strawberry yogurt
- 8 baby carrots
- 1⁄2 cup fresh spinach
- 2 teaspoons flax seed oil
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder (any brand)
- 1⁄4 cup oatmeal (dry)
- ice cube
directions
- Place all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
