  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat
  • Add the spinach, onions and oregano and sauté them, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes.
  • Add the salt and pepper.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the spinach and onion mixture, ricotta, eggs, flour and cheese
  • Spread the mixture into the unbaked pie shell
  • Top it with the sour cream.
  • Sprinkle the top of the pie with paprika.
  • Bake for 45 minutes.
