5 slices bacon
1 ¹⁄₂ teaspoons finely chopped shallots
¹⁄₂ cup red wine vinegar
honey mustard

directions

Cook bacon, reserve 2 tsp of fab in skillet. Add shallot. Cook about 2 minutes. Whisk in vinegar and mustard. Season with salt and pepper. Pour over spinach salad.
