Directions

  1. Wash spinach 3 times. Dry, tear, and chill for several hours.
  2. Fry bacon, reserving drippings.
  3. Make dressing by beating all other ingredients together.
  4. When serving, toss spinach with desired amount of dressing, top with bacon and additional cheese.
  5. Note: Dressing keeps well.
