“This is a great Salad that aside from the spinach leaves can be changed to your liking. We like spinach leaves, shredded cheddar cheese, sliced purple onion, hard boiled eggs, salt & pepper. The dressing is amazing but use very little! It’s rich, sweet & a little goes a long way! The dressing will last about 3 weeks in the refrigerator in an air tight container. This was given to me from my SIL Heather.”

Directions

  1. Cook bacon till crisp. Drain and crumble.
  2. Put all other ingredients in a sauce pan, put on med heat and whisk till combined.
  3. Bring to just a boil and cook for 5 to 7 min till starting to thicken, stirring frequently.
  4. Take off heat and let cool to room temperate.
