Well one thing. Food doesn't need imagination, unless your presenting it. What it does need is flavor...and oh boy this is a fabulous flavor. I put 3 tsp of wasabi in mine because both my husband and I are wasabi lovers, and let me tell you, my family finished an entire LARGE bowl of salad because of this dressing. I'm not only keeping this one, but I'm printing it out and sending it to my Mom-n-Law. I love it, good job.

I made this exactly per the instructions, though I halved it, for just the two of us. I'm sorry to say that my husband and I did not enjoy it very much. Husband's comment was that the dressing 'lacked imagination' and I have to agree...there's something missing. The recipe sounded good but I doubt we'll be making it again. Sorry Lorac

I'm wasabi tolerant but hubby loves the stuff. This was a great way for both of us to enjoy it. Made as the recipe is written, it will suit those of us who are tolerant and can easily be sprinkled with a bit more powder for those who love it. I made this with fat free and lowfat ingredients and used baby squash and cashews rather than radishes and noodles as that's what I had on hand. Thought the wasabi and cashews were especially nice together.
