Spinach Salad With Hot Sesame Dressing

- 340 g spinach, rinsed, drained, torn into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1⁄2 small red onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings

DRESSING
- 2 teaspoons canola oil
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
- 1⁄4 cup canola oil
- 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
directions
- Toss spinach, mushrooms, bean sprouts and onion in large salad bowl.
- Heat 2 teaspoons canola oil in small skillet. Add sesame seeds. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the rest of the ingredients; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils. Pour over salad. Toss to coat. Serve immediately.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
