Perfect summer-time salad! I threw this together for my lunch today, using a little goat cheese and making my own dressing with a combination of fresh cracked black pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. IMO fresh dill is a must - its so exciting against the sweet strawberries! Oh, and there was a few pieces of arugula mixed in with my spinach from the farmer's market this week that ended up in my salad too - I could see this going quite well with all rocket. Made for ZWT4.
