  1. Combine the yogurt, mayo, and Dijon in a bowl and mix until smooth.
  2. Add the green onions and garlic and mix well.
  3. Chill, covered, for 1 hour to blend the flavors.
  4. Combine the salad ingredients, except for sunflower seeds, in a large salad bowl and toss to combine.
  5. Pour the dressing over the top and toss to coat all vegetables.
  6. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds.
