  • Grind walnuts in an electric grinder. Transfer walnuts to a small bowl, add sugar, dashi, and soy. Mix thoroughly.
  • Blanch spinach in boiling water for about 30 seconds. Drain and revive under cold water. Gently squeeze out excess water.
  • Place Spinach on four plates, and spoon portion of sauce over each.
