  1. Beat Egg whites with salt until stiff.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Beat egg yolks with cold water until foamy.
  4. Gradually beat sugar into yolks.
  5. Sift Flour with baking powder.
  6. Gradually add to yolks.
  7. Fold in egg whites.
  8. Bake in an lightly buttered & floured tube pan at 350 for 35 minutes.
  9. Cool upside down.
