Ingredients Nutrition

  • 12 lb cheese, cut into quarters (recipe calls for Deli American, I used cheddar)
  • 12 cup picante sauce (medium or hot)
  • 15 ounces black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 4 ounces green chilies, chopped and drained if canned

Directions

  1. Combine cheese, picante sauce, black beans, and green chiles in a 2-quart saucepan.
  2. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  3. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
